1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Astit (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Astit CRM Private Limited, an Indian entity.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use signifies acceptance of those changes.
3. User Conduct & Anti-Spam Policy
CRITICAL: Indian Anti-Spam Compliance
Astit maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding unsolicited commercial emails (UCE). All users must adhere to the TRAI guidelines and the IT Act of India (2000). Failure to comply results in immediate account termination.
As a user of Astit CRM, you represent and warrant that:
- All recipients of your marketing communications have explicitly opted-in to receive such content.
- You will not upload or use "purchased" or "rented" email lists from third parties.
- Every communication will include a functional and prominent "Unsubscribe" mechanism.
- You will not use deceptive subject lines or false headers in your communications.
- You will comply with the DND (Do Not Disturb) registry maintained by TRAI for SMS marketing.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
Your data security is our priority. Astit complies with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
Data Sovereignty
We ensure that sensitive Indian user data is processed in accordance with localized storage requirements as mandated by the RBI and MeitY.
End-to-End Encryption
All data in transit and at rest is protected using industry-standard AES-256 encryption protocols.
5. Intellectual Property
The software, designs, logos, and original content provided by Astit are the exclusive property of Astit CRM Private Limited and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal business purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
